Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Product Nature

All KamiArt products are digital goods (eBooks, templates, guides, high-resolution artworks, catalogs, and toolkits). Once purchased and downloaded, these items cannot be physically returned. For this reason, we do not accept traditional returns.


Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure every customer has a satisfying experience. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.
  • Technical Issues – If the file is corrupted, inaccessible, or cannot be opened, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered – If you received a different item than the one you ordered.

In all cases, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of Mind – Once the digital product has been downloaded, we cannot provide refunds if you simply no longer want it.
  • Compatibility Issues – Please check the product description for supported formats and requirements before purchasing.
  • Unauthorized Sharing – Refunds are not provided if the product was misused, shared illegally, or redistributed.

Exchanges

Since all products are digital, exchanges are not applicable. However, if you received the wrong product, we will provide immediate access to the correct one.


Process for Refund Requests

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your case within 3 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
